3. Level of Debris

4. Extras

Need your downpipes checked or minor repairs carried out, such as clipping loose gutters back into place or re-attaching downpipes? Some companies (like us!) offer these services as standard, and part of the service.

So, how much does it actually cost to get your gutters cleaned?

To get an exact quote you’d be best giving us a call but as a rough guide:

Bungalows & one-storey properties = £67-97+

Semi-detached and two-storey properties = £97-137+

Detached or three-storey properties = £137-297+

Properties are so widely varied in the UK that all of our prices are tailored to your house right where you are.

There are other factors that affect cost, such as whether or not you are in an area that has vehicle tolls such as the Congestion charge or ULEZ, if you have a conservatory our outbuilding, or if your gutters are made out of cast iron or another material.

What if my gutters are really high?

Great question. If you have three or four storey gutters we will send our cleaners who are specifically trained on our telescopic vacuum, which uses a sophisticated live feed to show us what  your gutters look like from the ground, and allow us to clean them safely without risk to our cleaners or your property.

The use of the SKYVAC system does come with an additional cost, but is far safer than you going up a ladder to try and do the job yourself!
