“Great experience from initial call to job completion. Specialist arrived within stated time frame, was courteous, efficient and polite. Job was done quickly (front and back gutters in 2 storey terraced house). He was careful to not soil or damage large plants in the area (I’d requested care of these items) and gave advice if downpipe were to become blocked which, as typical on older properties, was narrower than current ones. Pricing on website was very transparent and exactly the fee I paid with no hidden extras. Fee was very reasonable. Job in our case didn’t require scaffolding or ladders (which would have probably increased cost and hassle) instead using a kind of vacuum device (Skyvac I think) that extracted any debris cleanly with zero mess or disruption.”
