At Ben’s Gutters, we’re more than happy to carry out gutter cleaning while you’re out, as long as we have safe and clear access to all the gutters at the time of your appointment. That means no locked gates or obstructed areas, and ideally, pets kept indoors for their own safety.

As long as we can get to all the necessary parts of the property — particularly the back garden, side paths, and driveway if needed — we can complete the job without disturbing your day. Many of our customers choose this option and come home to clean, clear gutters without any hassle.

If any issues are spotted while we’re up there, we’ll make a note or take photos and let you know. We always aim to be thorough, tidy, and respectful of your property whether you’re home or not.

Of course, if you’d prefer to be in during the visit, that’s completely fine too — just let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
