When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, WhatConverts, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do not make, and do not allow WhatConverts to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our occasional e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied with our services. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use AWS to send our emails. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer using the contact details below.
We use SmartSurvey to send out satisfaction surveys after we have provided services to you.
Customer Data
When you purchase a service online, in office, or over the phone, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our CRM system that is designed exclusively for the business and is cloud based. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Call Recording
Ben’s Gutters Ltd uses a third-party, Lily Comms, for the provision of telephone lines as well as call statistics and call recordings. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. You can opt-out of the call recording by requesting that the call recording is erased after your conversation.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
Terms of Booking:
Whether you have booked over the phone or online, a booking is a contractual agreement between Ben’s Gutters and our valued customer. As with all contracts, you have a right to amend or cancel your booking provided we are given sufficient notice (preferably no later than 24 hours), or when you receive your time slot.
You may cancel within 14 days of booking an appointment, or the day before the work is delivered, whichever is sooner.

If you have paid in advance for your service and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded in full up until the point that the service is provided. If the service has been provided but you are unhappy for any reason and require a refund, please contact us by telephone. We want all of our valued clients to be satisfied with their service and will be happy to discuss any concerns or issues you may have.
